FAQ

Reordering, explained.

  • How do I calculate the reorder point?

Reorder point = average daily sales × supplier lead time in days + safety stock. If you sell 12 a day, the supplier takes 5 days and you keep 3 days of safety stock (36), you reorder when 96 are left.
