Set up your shop the first time

After sign-up, Kownt X asks your shop's name and what you sell. Then a few quick questions set up the rest, one a screen. It only asks about what your plan includes.

  1. Type your Shop name and pick what you sell. Tap Open my shop.
  2. Tap Set up my shop. Or tap Start selling, set up later.
  3. Answer each question and tap Next. Each answer is saved the moment you tap it.
  4. Not sure? Tap Skip. Skipped questions wait on Home under Set up your shop.
  5. At the end, tap any question to change it. Or tap Make your first sale.

Good to know

  • Country and money can change only until your first sale.
  • Every answer can be changed later in Settings.
  • After you upgrade, Home shows Set up what's new with only the new questions.
  • Only the shop admin sees setup.
