- Open Settings.
- Tap Connect accounting app.
- Tap Connect on Xero or QuickBooks Online. Pick the day to send from.
- Tap the button to continue. Sign in and pick the organisation.
- Back in Kownt X, tap Accounts. Pick an account for each kind of money. Tap Save.
- Tap Sync now.
If it stops you
Xero and QuickBooks aren’t on yet: We’re still finishing the setup with Xero and Intuit. Use the Tally file or Excel export until then.
Needs you to sign in again: tap Reconnect.
Good to know
- Only the shop admin can connect, and it needs Accounting & GST.
- Nothing is sent twice. A bill changed after its day was sent is shown, to fix by hand.
- Tap Disconnect to stop at any time.
